More than 15 years in the business. Thousands of perfectly carried out events. Hundreds of satisfied customers, partners, institutions and individuals, to whom we have been proving day-in, day-out that nothing is impossible and who have taken up our enthusiasm for action. event-factory is a combination of creativity and innovation with experience, responsibility and an in-depth risk assessment at every step of the production process.

For more than 15 years, event-factory has been successfully delivering comprehensive professional solutions for the organisation of events, conferences, congresses, company meetings, promotional campaigns and special events in Poland and internationally.

The founders of the event-factory brand, Mr Konrad Koper and Mr Sebastian Godula, have devoted 20 years of their careers to the event market. Between 2003 and 2007, while working at Krakow Festival Office, they were responsible for the production of Poland’s largest mass events and numerous international cultural events. They initiated and co-authored two of the most recognised festival brands in Krakow: Sacrum Profanum and Misteria Paschalia. They have also been instrumental in staging some of the largest mass-events in Poland, including the Mid-Summer Fest in Krakow, open-air New Year Parties in Krakow’s Main Square, and TV productions for the Polish TVP2, TVN, and Polsat stations and for the German ZDF. Some of the mass events were also of a religious nature with millions of participants, such as two papal events: the farewell to Pope John Paul 2nd in 2005 and the visit of Pope Benedict 16th in 2006.

Mr Koper and Mr Godula were asked many times to help arrange diplomatic meetings involving national leaders, including a memorable visit of the US President George W. Bush, accompanied by the National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice and the Secretary of State Colin Powell, at Krakow’s Wawel Royal Castle (2003); the 60th Anniversary of the Liberation of the Auschwitz Birkenau Camp with more than 40 heads of state representing, among other countries, Poland, Israel, Russia, France, the USA and Germany (2005). They also covered many ministerial meetings, including of NATO defence ministers; the European Congress of Culture in Wrocław (2010) with the ministers of culture of the 27 EU member states; meetings between the Presidents of Poland and Lithuania, Mr Bronisław Komorowski and Mrs Daria Grybauskaite (2010); and the visit of the US Secretary of State, Mrs Hillary Clinton (2010).

Right from the beginning, this unique experience has provided event-factory with the kind of know-how unavailable to most agencies in managing large festival productions and production budgets, and in the organisation of very large scale mass events, including events with live TV broadcasting.

Over the years, we have been successful in adapting this know-how, and these skills and solutions, to the world of corporate events ensuring budget optimisation while maintaining a unique quality and the unforgettable nature of our services.
