Dances With A Robot At Hp Gbc 10-Year Jubilee
Hewlett Packard chose us again and we produced their Anniversary Family Picnic. As the Wrocław-based HP Global Business Center turned 10 we did our best to celebrate it with an event to remember at the city’s new football stadium in June 2015. The show was cutting edge, creative and star-studded!
The theme of the event was „We are the future – the future is now!” Therefore , we planned 10 hours of staggering attractions based on the newest technologies. We really used our imagination, making robots and computer games appear on a football field. In order to provide for an event of such size we needed 10 trucks full of high tech equipment. This enabled us to create a staggering multimedia setting for the whole event and to properly organize the space on the field. What is more, we hired over 100 professionals to provide their services during this event, to which our client invited over 5000 people!
On the stage placed in the center of the stadium appeared many well-known faces, including Brodka, Basia Kurdej-Szatan, Poparzeni Kawą 3 (a band consisting of the best Polish journalists) as well as a famous YouTube star, the dancing robot!
We created two zones with attractions using the newest trends and technologies. They were interconnected through gamification elements - both the children and the adults collected points throughout the day which allowed them to collect attractive prizes. We also organized zones with tasty food, including the VIP zone arranged in the lodge above the Business Club, which offered a spectacular view on the stadium.
That thrilling day ended with a pyrotechnics show, which included fireworks launched from two levels: the stadium field and a site above its top level. The final effect amazed everyone, including the participants, the organizers as well as the stadium managers who were surprised by the scale of the whole event!
